SALLY SUNDAY TIME!
It is time to get your sally on with this workout! Try to do it a minimum of two times if you're feeling extra give it four runs. Each time you do this full workout try to up the anti the next time by adding weights or going up in the weights you use each time. Same goes for bands, if you start off with 15lbs do the next highest band you have the next round and so on so forth to increase muscle growth.
