We have biweekly Twerk Classes and Weekly Zoom Fitness Classes Available to Everyone

Majors/Twerk Classes

Twerk Gainz

Learn and practice the basic moves and twerk techniques to better understand movements and muscle control. We will learn a twerk combo to help you retain and play with the moves you learned. No dance experience required!

Focus: Twerk Choreography

Twerk Cardio

Twerk Drills and Fitness Workouts mixed together in circuit form to help you grow both in booty and twerk skills. Get Fit, Build Muscles & feel Stronger. Be ready to sweat and feel the burn while also feeling empowered.
Learn basic moves and twerk techniques across the floor to help with combos in GAINZ classes.
