Week ONE - BOOTY POP BASICS
Let's get started!!! You will be begin with a Quick BOOTY Warmup, then you will have a quick Twerk Lesson where you will watch tutorials that show you how to do the moves and gives you a chance to practice before the Twerkuits & Drills later this week, and lastly we have a Core Finisher to make sure our abs are getting stronger so that we can use them later on to throw that ass in a circle and more. Week TWO - FLOOR TWERK BASICS
Sitting PRETTTTYY SITTTING PRETTTY! Come on knees its time to put those knee pads on and get on a smooth surface so you can easily slide your legs open and closed. You will be opening up those hips and your focus should always be to use your arch! Try to sit on top of your hips and let gravity pull you down, use those quads to bring yourself up and down.. this is still a workout sis... don't cheat yourself you got this.

Week THREE - TIC TOC TIC TOC
Make sure you watch the video for demonstration and check the instructions under the exercise for the action workout. Try each one at least four times!! play a song in the background or focus on the movement in silence as long as your booty is bouncing thats what matters the most.

Week FOUR - SHAKE IT LIKE A SALT SHAKER
Time to learn how to shake what ya mama and mari gave ya!!! loosen that booty up make sure you don't have on tight bottoms otherwise she won't have any room to shake, arch that back and show em where its at. Push through your heels and let your hips and glutes do the work!

Twerk to the MusicNow it's time to have some real fun. You learned the choreography as best as you could and now its time to shake your booty to the music. Check out the counts video and the full routine video to make sure you got it. It does not have to be perfect or exactly like Mari! As long as you learned something and had some fun that was the main goal. Tomorrow your body will make sure you feel the gains. If you are sore be sure to stretch even on your off time!
